We're a successful State Farm office built on teamwork, service, and results—and we're ready to invest in the right person. As a bilingual customer service professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients, ensuring they feel protected, valued, and cared for every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
● Leverage your bilingual skills to build strong relationships with clients
● Provide top notch customer service by assisting with policy questions, processing changes, and resolving issues
● Educate clients on coverage options and help them feel confident in their insurance choices
● Collaborate closely with our motivated team in a supportive office environment that values your contributions
● Ensure every interaction leaves clients feeling heard, valued, and secure.

What We're Looking For:
● Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate and build trust with a broad client base
● 1+ years of customer service experience
● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● A friendly, team-oriented person who genuinely enjoys helping people
● Willingness to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (we’ll support you through the process)
