What You'll Do:
● Leverage your bilingual skills to build strong relationships with clients

● Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients
● Collaborate closely with our motivated team in a supportive office environment that values your contributions
What We're Looking For:
● Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate and build trust with a broad client base
● 3+ years experience in a sales role with a strong track record of success
● Willingness to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (we'll support you through the process)
● A friendly, team-oriented person who genuinely enjoys helping people
● Strong communication skills, professionalism and a passion for ongoing growth and learning
